Techical stuff - GPS
During our tour you can follow us live through the internet. XMark has sponsored us with a GPS unit. This unit will send SMS messages every 5 kilometres to a computer in The Netherlands. All information will be published directly on a map so you can follow us very accurately!
In addition, the GPS unit can be used to make emergency calls. One push at the emergency button will make our exact position visible in a heartbeat and a direct call will be created to a telephone number that we saved in the unit, prior to our tour. A safe feeling.
